What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

Where exactly are you?

We’re at 9443 Benbrook Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76126, inside the Benbrook Plaza Shopping Center. There’s parking directly in front and a drive-thru lane around the side of the building.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. Eligible orders dropped off before 9:00 AM are ready by 5:00 PM the same day. Specialty items, heavy items, stain treatment, wedding gowns, comforters, and repairs may require additional time.

Is the cleaning actually done at your store?

Yes. All cleaning is done on site at our Benbrook location on our own equipment. Your garments don’t get shipped to a central plant and back, which is a big part of why same-day turnaround is dependable here.

Do you offer a veterans discount?

Yes. Veterans and active-duty service members receive 10% off every order — no coupon, no minimum, no expiration. Just mention it at the counter, or write “veteran” on your bag if you’re using the drive-thru drop-off. You can read more about it here.

How much is wash and fold?

Wash and fold is $1.79 per pound for loads of 10 pounds or more, and $2.79 per pound for loads under 10 pounds. It covers all clothing, including undergarments. We weigh everything on our scale at drop-off so you know the number before you leave.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes, on larger orders. We pick up and deliver orders of $500 or more within 10 miles of Benbrook. It works well for offices, restaurants, salons, event venues, property managers, and large household orders. Give us a call to schedule.

Do you clean leather or suede?

No. We do not clean leather or suede. Those need specialty processes we don’t run in-house, and we’d rather point you somewhere equipped for it than risk the garment. We handle almost everything else, including household items like rugs, curtains, and comforters.

Do you offer 24-hour drop-off?

Yes. Our drive-thru drop box is available around the clock. Put your order in a bag and label it with your name, phone number, starch preference, and dry clean/laundry/wash-and-fold preference. Orders left while we’re closed are checked in the next day we open.

What should I write on my drop-off bag?

Write your name, phone number, starch preference, and whether the items are for dry cleaning, laundry, wash and fold, press only, or repair. Add any stain notes or special instructions if needed, and write “veteran” if the veterans discount applies.

Do you check pockets?

Yes. We check the pockets of every item. Everyday items are placed in a paper bag and returned with your next order. If we find something extremely important, such as a phone, credit card, ID, or personal information, we call you as soon as possible.

Do you clean comforters?

Yes. We clean comforters and larger bedding. Most comforters take around 3 days because bedding needs more time than everyday garments. We also handle rugs, curtains, bedspreads, and other household textiles.

Do you preserve wedding dresses?

Yes. We clean and preserve wedding gowns. Because every gown is different, bring it in and we’ll look at the fabric, beading, and construction before quoting a price and timeline.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning methods?

Yes. Our dry cleaning machines are modern, environmentally conscious equipment that captures, filters, and reuses solvent in a closed loop rather than venting it. Far less is consumed per load, and garments come back smelling fresh instead of chemical. Because we clean on site rather than trucking orders to a central plant, there are fewer miles driven per order too. You can read more here.

Do starch levels change the price?

No. Starch preference does not change the price. The price is based on item type, such as shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters, household items, and repairs.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Please let us know. If we made a mistake, we want the opportunity to make it right. We care about our customers and want you to leave happy with your garments and feel great when you wear them.

Can you repair jeans, buttons, and hems?

Yes. We offer common alterations and repairs like jean patch repair, pant hemming, and button fixes. Ask at the counter about timing; simple repairs may be faster, while more detailed jobs can take longer.

How much does a laundered shirt cost?

Laundered shirts are $2.79 each, including uniform shirts, at any starch level. Fancy shirts are $3.99 and tuxedo shirts are $3.49. You can see the full price list here.

Do you have any multi-item specials?

Yes. Laundered jeans are $5.09 each or 3 for $14.99, and dry cleaned pants are $4.29 each or 3 for $14.99. The special applies to each full set of three; extra pairs beyond a set are charged at the regular each price.

How much is it to clean a comforter?

Comforters are $25.99 and down comforters are $32.99. Duvet covers are $18.99, and blankets, bed sheets, and bed skirts are $15.99 each. Most take around 3 days.

How much does a wedding dress cost to clean?

Clean and press only starts at $59.99, clean and preserve at $119.99, and preserved and boxed at $149.99. Every gown is different, so bring it in and we’ll confirm the price after looking at the fabric, beading, and construction.

How much are alterations?

Pants hems are $18.00, skirt hems $20.00, waist adjustments $20.00 to $22.00, zippers $20.00 to $45.00 depending on type, and patches $8.00 to $16.00 by size. See the full alterations list.

Do special fabrics or trims cost more?

Sometimes. Listed prices are for standard fabrics, colors, and processing. Silk, linen, velvet, spandex, special trims, or special buttons may require extra care and may have additional charges. We are happy to provide an estimate before cleaning or laundering.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Benbrook and communities within about 10 miles, including Fort Worth, White Settlement, Westworth Village, Aledo, and Crowley. If you’re looking for a dry cleaner near you in the Benbrook area, we’re easy to reach at 9443 Benbrook Blvd.

Are prices the same as your other locations?

Not always. The prices on this site are for our Benbrook store at 9443 Benbrook Blvd. Other Dry Clean Super Center locations set their own prices, so check with the store you plan to visit.

How do I pay?

You can pay at the counter when you drop off or pick up your order. If you have a question about payment for an after-hours drive-thru drop-off, give us a call during business hours and we’ll be glad to walk you through it.

What if I lose my ticket or receipt?

No problem. We can look up your order using your name and phone number, which is why we ask for both at drop-off.

Is parking available?

Yes. There’s parking right in front of the store, and the drive-thru lane makes quick drop-offs easy.
